Instructions to make Fish Fry/Pakora:
  1. Add in your Baking powder, Gram flour, chilli powder, coriander powder and 1/4 tsp salt into a bowl. (BATTER INGREDIENTS.)
  2. Whisk to combine dry ingredients
  3. Now gradually add water until not too thick but not too thin.
  4. In a separate bowl, add in ingredients for marination with fish aswell.
  5. Leave to the side for 15 mins at least.
  6. Now add your marinated fish into batter
  7. Place into heated oil. Until golden.
  8. When golden, place into bowl lined with tissue to drain any excess oil.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving!
