Remove pot from heat and let stand. Let's make prawns pulao in the instant pot! Wash the rice - Wash the rice until the water runs clear. Make the dry masala - put the fennel, green cardamom, bay leaf and cinnamon in a spice grinder and whizz to get a fine powder.

  3. Top with some garam masala and cover cook all on low flame for 10 minutes,stir
  4. Add water if prawns undone just to cook prawns
  5. Add the coconut milk here now,cover cook 5 minutes
  6. Add washed soaked rice now
  7. Add water enough as per your measure of rice and some gravy in prawns
  8. Cooked covered on slow
  9. Check when rice is done remove cover,top it with ghee,lightly fold in
  10. Take it out in serving bowl,garnish with coriander
