  9. First milk from coconut u have to keep aside it will use at the last stage
  10. When fish tender very softly stir the curry otherwise fish pieces will break add cashew paste
  11. Cashew paste first boil cashew in little water and grind it like paste
  12. Now add coriander powder and coconut milk switch of the gas don’t boil this milk it will curdle
  13. Now garnish with coriander leaves serve with Kerala appam
