  6. Once water form a bubble add the fish add cover the pan. Cook the fish till semi gravy. Check the salt at last and garnish with chopped coriander.

Loosely cover the pan with foil. I did put all the curry sauce ingredients into the blend to purée and cooked the curry sauce for a good solid hour to have all the flavor blend.
