  5. Add salt,turmeric powder,1 tb chilli powder,fish masala,pepper powder and water than boil for 10- 20 minutes
  6. Ok, now serve for cooked rice or noodles

I use a tiny amount of tamarind to add the tang, but it does volumes in terms of flavor. So I'm going to insist that you use it.
