Fish fry masala or masala fish fry made by shallow frying fish pieces that are coated well with a good thick Fish fry masala or masala fish is a mouth watering and very tempting fried fish recipe made. Steps to make Masala fish curry:
  1. First heat up a pan with 2 tbsp oil add the fish pieces and add chilli pickle and little bit salt, cover the lid and cook for 5-10 minutes on medium flame. Don’t remove it just switch off the flame and leave it.
  2. Meanwhile heat up a pan with remaining oil and add all the remaining listed ingredients and add little bit water and fry it for 10-15 minutes on low to medium flame till oil separates.
  3. After the masala are cooked then add the masala to the pan where we fry the fish pieces. And add 1&1/2 cup of water, cover the lid and cook for 5-7 minutes. Don’t stir it.
  4. For 7 minutes stir it nicely and cook on high flame for 2 minutes and switch off the flame.
  5. Our delicious masala fish curry is ready.
