  12. Take 3 small patta
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp pepper whole
  14. Take 1 pinch fennel seed Geera and
  15. Take 1 tsp Sunflower oil )
  16. Prepare 8 tablespoons sunflower oil

Mix liquid food color in a little water. (Mix both colors separately). In a casserole or a deep pan, assemble the fish biryani by alternating layers of rice with the fish masala. Best fish for Fish Biryani: Bone-in fish steaks hold up really well in Biryani dishes. I like to use salmon, halibut or king fish steaks.

Steps to make Fish Biriyani(King Fish):
  1. Cook rice with followed items for 5-10 mins
  2. Drain it an keep it aside
  3. Marinate King fish
  4. Masala (1 tsp fennel seed,  1 cinnamon stick, 1 small ginger 1 garlic, 1 gree n chilli, salt 1 tsp  redchilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric pwdr.  Grind these things well. Add some water and make it as a paste. And marinte fish with this masala)
  5. Keep it aside for 15 mins
  6. Heat frypan add  oil for frying
  7. Add some curry leaves and fish
  8. Half fry fish and keep it aside.
  9. Add onion, small onion tomato,gingergarlic paste,  one by one and saute it until brown.
  10. Add coriader leaves
  11. Add 1 tsp yogurt or lemon juce and salt
  12. Add chilli powder 1/2 tsp, fennel powder 1 spoon,garam masala 3/4 spn, turmeric powder 1/2 tsp and mix it well. Add fried fish. Keep it for 5 mins in sim fire
  13. Add some ghee in a 🍲. Add half of the cooked rice alsp add 2 drops of pinapple essence amd coriander  leaves annd add the above fish gravy. Again add the remaining cooked rice.
  14. Springle some garam masalaa
  15. Garnish with fried onion and corianderleaves
  16. Dum for 10 mins

Big fish with flesh like King Fish, Pomfret and Hamour tastes awesome. The Ghee rice is made in advance and then I mix rice with Biriyani Fish Masala. But the fish has to be cleaned very well to remove the fishy smell. The tip to remove the smell is by coating the cleaned fish with lime juice and salt.
