In a mixing bowl combine the yoghurt, garam masala, mustard seeds, coriander, cumin, chilli, cardamom pods For the chutney, heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onion and cook until soft. Add the ginger, garlic, chilli, curry leaves and coconut. In a smaller bowl, combine garlic, ginger, lime, cumin, garam masala, curd, salt to season, peanuts(cashews), oil and make the tandoori masala.

  2. Mix one spoon turmeric powder garlic paste and salt and marinate for 15-20 minutes
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fri the fishes
  4. Now remove the left over oil from pan and clean the pan
  5. Heat the pan again pour oil to heat, add cumin seeds, tejpatta and panch foran
  6. Now add onion paste and stir it, add garam masala, cumin seeds and garlic paste, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and fry the mixture continuously until oil removes from the mixture. Now add chopped tomato and kasuri methi and mix it. Pour water and add salt. Cook for 10-15 mins and add the fried fish and cook for more 5-7 mins.
  7. Now your fish is ready to eat
