  8. Switch of the flame and keep aside for cool completely
  9. Use the banana leaf apply the oil, take each ball of dough and keep the banana leaf
  10. Use the finger and press the dough gently to form round in shape.
  11. 1 tablespoon fish mixture keep at the centre of dough
  12. Fold the dough in other side and make Unnakaya shape or kebab shape
  13. Use the steamer for cooked until 20mins
  14. Now Unnakaya is ready to serve
