  13. Take 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
  14. Take 1 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves
  15. Make ready 3 dry red chillies
  16. Get some curry leaves
  17. Take Some chopped coriander leaves
  18. Prepare 1 cup curd
  19. Get 1 cup coconut milk

I used Ayala/Mackerel for making this curry. For this curry, I am using Eastern Fish Masala. For the fish, wash the fish and blot dry with kitchen paper. In a mixing bowl combine the yoghurt, garam masala, mustard seeds, coriander Add the ginger, garlic, chilli, curry leaves and coconut.

Steps to make Fish curry masala:
  1. Take a pan add oil add cumin seeds mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, dry red chilli and stir fry it.
  2. Then add onion paste, stir fry well. Add tomato paste, again stir fry it, then add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and stir fry well. Then add curd and stir fry until smooth gravy then add fenugreek leaves and cook well.
  3. Then add coconut milk, cook well then add fish pieces and cook by adding some more water for gravy, add coriander leaves and cook 5 minutes then turn off the flame.
  4. Ready to serve with paratha and boiled rice.
  5. Enjoy with your family.
