  15. Get 1 piece tomato minced
  16. Make ready 1 tbsp oyster sauce (to taste)
  17. Prepare 1 liter chicken stock

Sweat onions, carrots, and celery in olive oil and tomato paste. The tomato paste adds lots of flavor to the soup. In a large saucepan, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the tomatoes, vegetables, beans, broth, taco seasoning and garlic; bring to a boil.
