  3. Add your seasonings, Sliced onions and spices, cover and reduce/lower the heat for 5mins. Chop your Spanish in a bowl pour water and add salt or vinegar, using your hands, take out the spanish from water in to another bowl of water, remove again using your hands and Add the spanish,slightly mix and cover, let it cook for a minute.
