  2. OPTIONAL 2 IF YOU ARE USING PRE PAN FRIED SALMON,,WITH OIL SAUTE THE DRIED CHILI ,GINGER AND GARLIC TILL ITS FRAGRANCE THEN ADD THE SAUCE ,THEN ADD WATER AND JUST BRING SAUCE TO A BOIL
  3. With little oil pan fried the salmon till lts cook then just add the sauce and bring it to a simmer till sauce are thicken add in the scallion and cherry tomato and off heat and serve immediately
