Step by Step to make Beef Pulao:
  1. In a pot heat oil and fry onions till golden brown.
  2. Now add and stir fry ginger garlic paste, tomato, green chili, cumin, whole black pepper, bay leaves, cloves, cardamom, red chili powder, salt and turmeric.
  3. Now add boiled meat and yoghurt, cook further for 5 minutes on low flame. - After that add soaked rice and aglass water, cook further.
  4. When water gets dry, lower the flame and leave it for 20 minutes.
  5. Beef pulao is ready, enjoy with raita.
