The ingredients needed to make Lolly Cake:
  1. Prepare 200 ml Sweetend condensed milk
  2. Take 120 grams Butter
  3. Get 200 grams Eskimo Lollies, Fruit Puffs, Mellow Puffs
  4. Get 1 Packet "Griffins" Malt Biscuits
  5. Prepare 1 Decsicated Coconut
Step by Step to make Lolly Cake:
  1. Crush your malt biscuits quite finely and place in large bowl. (im sure there would be a substitute for Griffins malt biscuits but i havnt tried to switch it up) Just use the most plain malt biscuits avalible.
  2. Chop Lollies in half. (i find the chunkier that you leave them the better finished product)
  3. Soften butter
  4. Add Condensed Milk, Butter and lollies to your crushed biscuits and mix well.
  5. Using your hands shape into a log.
  6. Roll Log in Coconut
  7. place in a cold fridge for Min One Hour.
  8. Slice into sections about 1-2cm Thick and serve.
