  7. Serve with any topping you like. My topping are blueberry jam (on each top layer) raisin, strawberry, and dried coconut

I love the crisp edges this cake pan gives. To make the cake, break up the chocolate and put in a small bowl with the coffee over a pan of water. Run knife around edges of cakes.
