  7. Make slurry out of maida/flour and add 1/2 tsp salt.
  8. Dip the patty into maida slurry, coat in bread crumbs and set aside until they're all done.
  9. Take a shallow sauce pan, add oil and fry the cutlets until golden brown. Rest in tissue paper and serve.
