- In sauce pan,hit 1 cup sugar till brown. Add 1 cup water. Stir. Now u have caramel syrup. Set it cool.
- Using steamer. (I used bamboo steamer). Let the water boil.
- Using cake mixer, (I used blender) blend eggs,vegetables oil,condensed milk,margarine about 2mins.
- Add caramel syrup to the blender.
- Mix flour with soda bica. Add to the blender. Blend well till it look like a batter. Abt 3mins.
- Put the batter into baking pan. Make sure place baking paper underneath to avoid it stick.
- Steam about 30mins.
