  1. Mix the flour,salt,Maggi cube,baking powder and water to make a non sticky dough and set aside for 5 minutes
  2. Wash the fish, boil it and add salt and onions
  3. When the fish us cooked, remove the bones and gently mash it with spoon
  4. Slightly Fry pepper, onions, garlic n ginger paste n add the mashed fish together.
  5. Cut the dough, using rolling pinto flat it add the fish fillings n roll it then close it with water n deep fry it on low heat.
