- Get white sugar
- Get brown sugar(demerra)

- In a glass add coffee powder,white sugar and brown sugar together. Mix well. Add 1/2 tbsp warm water and beat for 5 mins. Add 1/2 tbsp water and beat continuously for 10-15 minutes till mixture is creamy light brown in colour.
- Boil milk. Pour in serving mug upto 3/4 part of mug. On it slowly from above pour whipped coffee mixture in hot milk as shown. Fill it up till rim of mug.
