  1. Wash goat meat, spice with salt, knorr cube, pepper and parboil once the meat is soft, remove from heat

  3. Heat up another medium pot and add palm oil to the pot, once the oil is heated up pour in blended pepper and dry fish and allow it fry for about 3 minutes, then add the goat meat without the stock
  4. Add knorr cube and salt, stir in the grated okro and stir continuously till everything is mix together, you can add the goat meat stock if the soup requires water
  5. After about 3 minutes of okro cooking, add the sliced vegetable leaf and remove from heat immediately
  6. Serve with any choice of swallow; as always for me its yellow garri
