Instructions to make Miyan Taushe:
  1. Blend pepper, dadawa and onions, set aside. Pick, wash and cut all leaves separately, set aside.
  2. Wash, season and boil beef till tender.
  3. Add in blended pepper mix and water. Cover pot and allow to boil for 5mins.
  4. Add in crayfish and groundnut, stir well so all incorporates. Allow to cook for another 5mins.
  5. Reduce heat, add in all leaves and mixed well. Add in fried fish and let simmer for 3mins and put off heat.
