The ingredients needed to make Okra Soup:
  1. Prepare shredded okro/okra
  2. Take 1/2 kg smoked dry goat meat
  3. Prepare cow tongue
  4. Make ready fresh pepper

  6. Make ready 1 cksp palm oil
  7. Make ready leaf dice uziza
  8. Get 2 knorr cube
Instructions to make Okra Soup:
  1. Wash cow tongue, spice with salt, knorr cube, pepper; add smoked goat meat and parboil once the meat is soft, remove from heat, blend pepper then set aside
  2. Heat up another medium pot and add palm oil to the pot, once the oil is heated up pour in blended pepper and allow it fry for about 3 minutes, then add the cow tongue and smoked goat meat without the stock
  3. Add knorr cube and salt, stir in the grated okro and stir continuously till everything is mix together, you can add the goat meat stock if the soup requires water
  4. After about 3 minutes of okro cooking, add the sliced uziza leaf and remove from heat immediately
  5. Serve with any choice of swallow; as always for me its yellow garri
